The All Progressives Congress (APC) Ward Congresses Appeal Committee for Kwara on Monday assured party members that it would do justice to their complaints and give a fair hearing to all the petitions.
The Chairman of the committee, Mr. Yusuf Bako, who gave the assurance at a stakeholder meeting in Ilorin, appealed to members with complaints to submit their petitions within 24 hours.
Bako, who led five members of the committee, told members at the Banquet Hall that the stakeholders’ meeting was to intimate party members on the process and procedures the committee would deploy in discharging its assignment.
“We are here in Kwara to perform one single task. You can recall that towards the end of July we held Ward Congresses all over the federation at our great party.
“As a family, whenever anything like that happened it’s expected that not everybody will be happy, but every problem has its own solution.
“It is for this reason that the National Headquarters sent us here to look into all these problems and proffer solution; there is nothing that can be above solution if there is cooperation among the family members.
“The APC in Kwara is a family; I am sure whatever problem you have, it will be resolved.

“Our assignment is strictly restricted toward congress. If there is anything you are not happy with, you have a chance to appeal,” he said.
Bako said the committee has only five days to attend to all complaints, starting from Monday (Aug. 16).
Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq appealed to members of the party to continue to show good conduct and give respect to elders in the party.
The governor, represented by his deputy, Chief Kayode Alabi, added “we must always remember what ‘O to ge’ stands for, which is good governance and accountability”.
The Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Mr. Yakubu Danladi, assured committee members of adequate support and cooperation.
“APC as a party is one big family that is always ready to reason together and solve whatever grievances,” he said.
