For the invading of Yoruba nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo (popularly called Sunday Igboho) home in Soka in Ibadan in Oyo State a High Court asked the Department of State Security (DSS) to pay him N20 billion
Igboho in his suit had asked for N500 billion damages for the invasion but Justice Ladiran Akintola in his judgment said the invitation was “arbitrary aggression and prejudices” hence the DSS should pay to pay N20 billion.
