Governor Babagana Zulum of Borno State has confirmed that there is sabotage deep in the system that will continue to aid terrorist operations.
Speaking on Sunday at a meeting with counterparts from Kebbi and Jigawa, he insisted that President Buhari must know the truth about the security crisis in the North East

He said that some elements are trying to frustrate the Buhari administration so he is opting to tell President Buhari the truth. While commending the President for the job done so far in the state, he urges the President to examine the current security situation especially the road network leading into the state.
Admitting that insurgency has gone deep in the North East, he mentions that some local governments are under the control of insurgents. He pleads with the president to consider the security status in order for the efforts of the current administration not to be futile.
