Aggrieved staff of Imo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, ISOPADEC, have allegedly attacked the convoy of the Imo state governor, Mr Hope Uzodinma, for failing to pay their three months salary arrears.
The Governor was on his way to fulfil an official assignment and was ambushed around Concorde Hotel, New Owerri, by the armed rampaging staff that had a masquerade decorated with chains and padlocks with them.
Fifteen of them were later arrested by the Imo state CID for interrogation.
