The Otaru of Igarra and Paramount Traditional Ruler of Igarra and Akuku Clan, His Royal Highness, Oba E. A. Saiki II, has commended Prince Kingsley Onimisi Jademi for his contributions to leadership, community development and humanitarian service as he marks his 50th birthday.

In a message celebrating the golden jubilee of the Edo-born professional, the monarch described Jademi as a distinguished son of Igarra whose professional accomplishments and philanthropic engagements have continued to bring honour to the community and inspire younger generations.

Oba Saiki noted that over the years Jademi has quietly built a reputation as a global professional while maintaining strong ties with his roots through sustained community development initiatives.

“Prince Kingsley Jademi remains a pillar and huge support base to my community and beyond. His love for education, healthcare for the needy and several other initiatives he has supported across Igarra and Akoko-Edo are testimonies that cannot be overlooked,” the monarch said.

According to the royal father, Jademi’s multidisciplinary career spanning healthcare, information technology, pharmaceuticals, education, energy, and agro-based industries reflects the growing influence of Nigerian professionals contributing to both national and global development.

Those close to him say his philosophy of continuous learning has shaped his leadership style.

“I am a lifelong learner and an avid reader,” Jademi often says when reflecting on his journey.

Beyond his professional engagements, Jademi has also developed a strong reputation for community-focused philanthropy across several Nigerian states, including Edo, Lagos, Benue, Ogun, Abia, Rivers, Oyo, Niger, Ondo and the Federal Capital Territory.

His humanitarian interventions include the construction of community boreholes, provision of solar power solutions, scholarships for indigent students, medical outreach programmes, eyeglass distribution and support for orphanages.

Reflecting on his golden jubilee, Jademi expressed gratitude for what he described as divine grace guiding his life and work.

“Life is lived forward, but understood backwards. Looking back, I see how each experience prepared me for a deeper commitment to service,” he said.
