The Rivers Elders Forum, on Saturday, hosted the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike to a birthday reception in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
In attendance include commissioners who recently resigned from the cabinet of the State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, friends and political associates of the Minister.
