The Senator representing Ondo South Senatorial District, Otunba Nicholas Tofowomo has congratulated Chief Eddy Olafeso on his 66th birthday.
Chief Olafeso, a first-class graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, who holds the chieftaincy title of Oloroogun (Warlord), was born in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State 66 years ago.
While describing Chief Olafeso as a foremost Political Leader with fantastic qualities, Tofowomo wished him a wonderful birthday!
He said” Today is a very special day for us all as we recognize and celebrate the birthday of our foremost Political Leader, Chief Eddy Olafeso, former National Vice Chairman (South West) of our great party, the PDP. Chief is a leader with many fantastic qualities.”
“Let me specifically thank him for his unfaltering effort and support in leading our great party (PDP) towards better days. l, sincerely appreciate you sir for all the good you have done and for always being there for your constituents whenever we need you. May God bless your new age,” Tofowomo said.
Olafeso held various positions in the PDP including the State Secretary of the party in Ondo State in the year 2007 and Chairman, PDP State Contact Committee.
Dr Olafeso was elected Vice National Chairman (South West) of the PDP during the convention held in December 2017.
He served in Ondo State Executive Council as Honourable Commissioner for Information, Orientation and Mobilization from 2007 to 2009.
He is an illustrious son of Idepe- Okitipupa.
