The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested a former Minister for Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode in Lagos.
According to reports, the chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was arrested over an allegation of forgery.
It was learnt that Fani-Kayode arrived at the office of the Commission at about 1pm in company of his lawyer.

Recall that the former Minister is standing trial on an alleged N4.6 billion fraud before Justice Daniel Osiagor of the Federal High Court sitting in Lagos.
The EFCC had charged him alongside a former Minister of Finance, Nenadi Usman, and two others on 17 counts of conspiracy, money laundering, and fraud.
