Ex-Husband of Patience Idehen, CEO of face of beauty Nigeria, speaks Out

Peter Idehen, the ex husband of Patience Patra Idehen, the founder of Face of Beauty Nigeria, has broken his silence following accusations made by his ex-wife about him abandoning her with the kids.
Patience had previously claimed that Peter and his family had taken everything she had and abandoned her and their children.
In a video sighted by ThisNigeria, Peter said:” I want to use this medium to address few parts, first of all, I did not abandon you and the kids, I did not.
“When I left, it was a work or so, for you and the children, regardless the fact that we’re not together anymore, I never abandon my responsibilities and I’m sure you perceive it that way because we’re not together and alone have to take care of the children alone
“A lot of things that happened that I was not aware about, first of all, we didn’t even have that communication, we were not talking on the phone, we were mostly communicating via text.
“When I asked you how are, you’ll say you are fine and I didn’t even know the depth of what you were going through.
“I’m a benin man and I have pride, you know, right from time. I have never and I’ve never been interested in your money, never, I have my pride.
“And also for the age thing, I knew you were older than me, I didn’t care.
“I also want to address this issue that you were saying that I took people to come online and insult you and to discredit you, no, I never did that,
“I like peace, I don’t like quarrel at all, and you are a very good human being, when we’re together, you’re good to me and you are a good mother.
“So I’m sorry for what you are going through, the suffering you are going through, but the truth is, if I had resources to get you out of there, you’ll be out of there.
“So I’m really sorry about that and it wasn’t easy for me. You know me very well, when I have, I’m not a stingy person and the times I send you 5,000, that is all I have or all I had that particular time.
“When I have more, I’ll send more, I’ll never suffer my children. I know everything will be fine and it’s not easy for you.
“I’m sorry for what you’re going through, I’m sorry for the suffering and trust me, everything will be fine and I’m working very hard to make sure I do what I’m supposed to do for you and the kids.”
