The Election Petition Tribunal has sacked Senator Ademola Adeleke as the Governor of Osun State.
Delivering a majority decision on Friday, Justice Tetsea Kume annulled the July 16th Osun gubernatorial election and declared Gboyega Oyetola as the validly elected governor of the state.
Kume, who was the chairman of the three-man tribunal, said that the governorship election did not comply with the Electoral Act.
Tertsea added that there was indeed over voting in six local government areas in the state.(NAN).
