Senator Dino Melaye from Kogi state has queried President Muhammadu Buhari over his recent approval of $1.5 billion (720 billion naira), for the rehabilitation of Port Harcourt Refinery.
The former Senator in a video on his Twitter handle decried that rehabilitation of the refinery saying that Port Harcourt Refinery is dead, why will the President spend such a humongous amount on a Port Harcourt Refinery that is dead.

He also said that the government will be embalming the Port Harcourt Refinery with the amount.
He also said that when will this things (corruption) stop.
