The governor of Oyo State, Mr. Seyi Makinde on Monday visited the renovated Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan in preparation for the open.
The Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, is the home of the Oyo state football club, the Shooting Stars Sports Club, and is named after one of the prominent supporters of the club.
The governor on his Facebook page said he went to the complex on an inspection as he looks forward to hosting the Slovenian team, NK Tabor Sežana.
‘Last night, we paid an inspection visit to the Lekan Salami Sports Complex, Adamasingba, Ibadan. We are looking forward to hosting the Slovenian team who will be playing against our Shooting Stars Sports Club as we officially open the complex tomorrow evening.’
