Bauchi State governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has condoled Senator Abdul Ningi over the demise of his mother, Hajiya Abu on Sunday evening as he joined other sympathizers to attend the funeral prayer.
The late Hajiya Abu died Sunday afternoon during a protracted illness.
The prayer was observed at the palace of the Emir of Ningi, Alhaji Yunusa Muhammadu Danyaya.
Condoling the former Senator, who represented Bauchi Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Governor Mohammed, who was at the event in company with top government functionaries, said the deceased lived an exemplary life worthy of emulation.

The governor prayed to Allah to grant her Jannatul Firdaus and also give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Responding on behalf of the family, the Emir of Ningi, Alhaji Danyaya appreciated the governor for not only paying condolence visits but also actively attending the funeral prayer.
