The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) announced the cancellation of the rally of its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, set to hold in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
PDP PCC Chairman in Rivers State, Senator Lee Maeba made the announcement on Monday.
Maeba cited insecurity as the reason for the cancellation.
