The incumbent Governor of Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola has accused the Governor-elect, Senator Ademola Adeleke of presenting forged documents to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Recall that Oyetola had taken to the Elections Petition Tribunal to contest the results of the election after he lost to PDP gubernatorial candidate, Adeleke.

Bauchi Governor signs 12 bills into law

According to Oyetola, the election was full of certain irregularities.

The governor asked the Tribunal to disqualify Sen Adeleke as a candidate in the election as he was not supposed to be declared the winner, adding that he forged certificates presented to INEC before the elections.
