A suspected cyber kidnapper identified as Sadiq Abubakar has advised women to always be careful and trust nobody, especially strangers the meet via social media.
Abubakar said this while being paraded by the Nigeria Police.
He confessed to having used a fake name, Samuel Johnson to lure unsuspecting women via Facebook and kidnap them for ransom.
Confessing during the parade, the indigene of Kogi state said “Sometimes the women do send online requests and sometimes I do send them friend requests, We become friends. I invite them and from there I capture them and ask for a ransom. So that is what I do.
“My advice to young women out there is that they should be careful., trust nobody. Women are very easy to deceive. They should be careful and very sensitive,” he said.
