Tobi Adebayo
A former Governor of Oyo State, Otunba Adebayo Christopher Alao-Akala has died.
According to reports, Alao-Akala died on Wednesday in Ogbomosho, Oyo state.
He was aged 71.

Alao-Akala was born on June 3, 1950, at Ogbomoso in the Ogbomoso North Local Government Area of Oyo State.
He had his elementary school at Osupa Baptist Day School, Ogbomoso before proceeding to Kamina Barracks Middle School, 5th Battalion of Infantry in Tamale, Ghana.
The deceased was a former governor of the state, between 2007 and 2011.
He also served as a deputy governor under former governor, Rashidi Ladoja between 2003 and 2006,
