The defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich has prompted Barcelona to consider a complete change of the team. However, Josep Maria Bartomeu will not sell four players – Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Clement Lenglet, Frankie De Jong and Lionel Messi.
This rebranding would definitely prove difficult as there are a number of older players who are currently receiving high wages, and it would be difficult to sell them within their current wages.
However, in spite of the difficulties imposed by this rebranding, it is hoped that reasonable offers will be made and a few of the Barca youngsters will be integrated into the team to complement the new blood that would be infused into the team.
