Comedienne and Social Media Influencer, Mercy Cynthia Ginikachukwu, popularly known as Ada Jesus, has passed away.

According to reports, Ada Jesus died on Wednesday morning following a prolonged battle with kidney disease.

The controversial comedienne had celebrated her birthday with her fans two days before her death.

Her caregiver, Harrison Gwamnishu also confirmed the news via his Facebook page.

Fans have reacted to the news, with some berating Nollywood actress, Rita Edochie and controversial pastor, Chukuwemeka Odumeje, over their refusal to forgive the comedienne for blasting them on social media.

She had accused Odumeje and Edochie of conniving to defraud unsuspecting churchgoers with staged miracles.
