
After the incumbent governor, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, was declared the winner of the Ondo gubernatorial elections by INEC on Sunday, Eyitayo Jegede has revealed what he plans to do next.
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Jegede, who lost to All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate and incumbent governor Akeredolu, has through his spokesperson, Gbenga Akinmoyo, said that the Eyitayo Jegede campaign organisation will wait on God.
Akinmoyo said this during a Channels television interview on Sunday.
He also thanked Ondo citizens for voting for their conscience while commending members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for working hard for the party.
“For the benefit of the general public, we will like to thank all the Ondo State voters who went to the polls yesterday and voted for their conscience,” he said.
