Samuel Barida, an On-Air Personality with 95.5 Royal FM, was found dead in his apartment in Bayelsa.
It was gathered Barida lived in the staff quarters in Agudama-Epie, Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa.
According to a statement by the management of the radio station, Barida died in his apartment at the station’s staff quarters in Agudama-Epie, Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa State.

As at the time of filing this report, his cause of death is unknown.
His body has since been deposited at the mortuary at FMC, Yenagoa.
Barida is survived by his father, mother, sister, and other family members.
