Group Calls for Reversal of FSARS

A group under the aegis “concern youth” has called for the reversal of the banned of FSARS by the inspector General of police to reformation of the anti robbery squad.
The spokesman of the group Murtala Mohammed who lead a protesters at the area 11 close to the force headquarters, Abuja said the group are not against the public opinion on some negative operations of the anti robbery squad but that it’s outright banned will not solved the problem. ”We support the reformation off SARS but not ban. Every organization has bad egg. The bad ones should be punished “
Mohammed stressed that the ban of anti robbery squad is to the delight of the bad eggs in the society. “The criminals re happy that the would have good days because of the ban. They re the ones behind the protests against SARS”.
The protests were reactions to the anti FSARS protesters that resulted in the proscription of FSARS by the inspector General of police on Sunday.
