Edo Election: Reps Member, DG, Edo House trade words over death of a teacher on election day
....... As Oza Community places curse on those responsible

Oza community is in Abiokula ward two, Orhionmwon Local Government Area that produces the current House of Representatives member representing Orhionmwon /Uhumnwonde federal constituency, Hon. Patrick Aisowieren and the Director General, Edo House, Abuja, Festus Osaigbovo.
Before now, election in the community was always peaceful with tangible results that normally make up for the ward and the local government.
Saturday 19th governorship election placed the community as one of the flash points. Hon. Patrick Aisowieren worked for the All Progressives Congress, APC, while Festus Osaigbovo worked for the People’s Democratic Party in order to retain his job as DG, Liaison office, Abuja, both bringing the community under heavy gun battle between Friday 18th and 19th of September.
The polling booth experienced snatching of ballot papers, under the watches of security agencies and the community youths mobilized by Festus Osaigbovo bounced on Hon. Patrick Aisowieren and was beaten heavily.
On the evening of the election day, after the announcement of the results from all the units, PDP won with over five hundred, jubilating all over the Oza community. Few minutes after, inside the private compound of Festus Osaigbovo, a level 14 teacher in one of the government school in the area, Nosa Osadolor, was discovered on the ground
Now, the question, according to the DG, Edo house, Abuja, Festus Osaigbovo, said it was a surprised incident to discover that Nosa Osadolor died of a stray bullet. He also narrated Hon. Patrick Aisowieren Invaded the community with thugs that were fully armed with guns.
Osaigbovo blamed all that happened in the community on Hon. Patrick Aisowieren, while commending the initiative of the elders, women and youths of the community for placing curses on those responsible for the death of Nosa Osadolor and Importation of armed thugs into the community.
Speaking on the election, Festus Osaigbovo said that a lesson learned is that whenever you are given a position, give out what is due to the people, which he said the people reacted to in the case of Hon. Patrick Aisowieren.
He commended Governor Godwin Obaseki for using young and intelligent men to run his government instead of old politicians that are self-centered.
Reacting to the allegation, Hon. Patrick Aisowieren said is a pity that Festus Osaigbovo is trying to twist the fact about the death of Nosa Osadolor.
According to him, ” Festus said the man died of strew bullet, where did the bullet come from? His house is a fence compound, did bullet pass through the wall, or gate? He knows the truth, the strew bullet came from his police men given to him by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State. He should be bond to tell the world the truth.
Hon. Patrick Aisowieren also commended his community for the steps taken so far.
Meanwhile, Elders, women and youths of Oza community on Thursday places a curse on those who is responsible for the sudden death of one their own.
They also called on the relevant security agencies to immediately begin investigation into the matter and bring to book those involve.
A call placed to the Edo State Police Public Relations, Chidi Nwabuzor said the police is investigating the incident.
