At the event, Wike stressed that the legacy the former CJN left behind at the judiciary was unforgettable as he was committed to the pursuit of justice throughout his journey as a legal practitioner.
Wike said, “This moment is not just a celebration of a book, but the celebration of a life lived in the service of justice, fairness and equity. It is a testament to the extraordinary journey of a man who has not only interpreted the law but has also shaped its practice in Nigeria in ways that will resonate for generations to come.
“Over the years, he has rendered judgments that have not only affirmed the rule of law but have also safeguarded the principles of democracy and human rights in Nigeria.”

According to him, “Chief Justice Ariwoola has significantly impacted on the judiciary through his tireless efforts to enhance the welfare and working conditions of judges.
“His leadership was instrumental in the recent 300 per cent increase in Judges’ salary. A landmark achievement that reflects his commitment at ensuring that the judiciary remains independent, resourceful and motivated,” he stressed.
