Florence Otedola, aka DJ Cuppy, has shed light on why her career as a disc jockey has been halted.
In a post shared on her X page, the daughter of Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola, revealed that her career as a DJ was disrupted by her encounter with Jesus Christ.
“Was thinking this evening. Jesus really disrupted my DJ career plans o. But in the BEST way. ‘Booked and busy’ means nothing if you’re not walking in purpose,” DJ Cuppy shared.
Recall that the DJ dedicated her life to God in August 2024 at the Holy Trinity Brompton in London.
Meanwhile, the 31-year-old has spent much of the last decade building her name in both the Nigerian and international music industries.
