National leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu has come under harsh criticism for donating the sum of N50m to the victims of the Katsina market fire.
Tinubu in the company of Katsina state Governor, Aminu Masari paid a visit to the victims of the fire that engulfed goods and properties worth millions of naira.
Speaking during the visit, the APC leader explained that the purpose of his visit to the state is to sympathise with the victims and emphasised that there is a need to promote unity and brotherhood among Nigerians.
Reacting to the news of the donation, Nigerians berated Tinubu for ignoring victims of the Shasha market ethnic crisis and the August 2020 Adeniji Adele market fire.
