Tipper Association renews commitment to environmental sanitation in Kano
Kano State Tipper Association has renewed its commitment to support the state government by evacuating refuse in the in-coming year free of charge.
Chairman of the association, Mr. Ado Umar-Santarlungu, told newsmen on Tuesday in Kano that the association had identified its role in sanitizing the Kano environment.
He said it was committed to playing its role effectively.
“We have been providing support to the state by using our tippers to evacuate refuse free of charge.
“Our corporate responsibility will be extended to the coming year and beyond, because the state has noticed and appreciated our impact,’’ he said.

He appealed to the state government to give more value to the support given by the association.
Umar-Santarlungu commended the state’s task force committee on sanitation for making the association a part of the committee.
