The Deputy Chairman of Deloitte West Africa, Femi Abegunde has passed away.
According to reports, Abegunde died of COVID-19 in the United Kingdom on Monday.
It was learnt that the top figure in Deloitte contracted the disease when he went for a medical check-up in the UK.
Abegunde was the Leader of the Energy and Resources Industry in Deloitte West Africa.

He was also a member of the Deloitte Africa Executive committee and represented West Africa on the African Board.
Femi Abegunde was a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and also held an MBA from the same University.
