The Chancellor, Global Harvest Christian University, Owerri, Prof. Iyke Uzorma, has said that Nigeria will not disintegrate because of the security challenges.
Uzorma said on Monday in Warri, while speaking with newsmen on the sideline of the unveiling of a book entitled, “Practical Safety Guide for Everyone”.

Uzorma, who is also the Archbishop, Harbinger of the Last Covenant Ministry, expressed the hope that the country would be re-structured.
He said: “The raging spirit of destruction of lives and property across Nigeria cannot make a nation to grow.
“We need peace to live together as a big nation.
“It has been revealed to me in the spirit that Nigeria will not divide but may only be restructured to give every segment a sense of belonging,” he said.

The cleric described the democratic system of governance in the country as bogus, leading to an impoverished citizenry.
“We have to cut our cloth according to our size and empower the local governments so that they can bring governance to the grassroot.
“The huge money we spend running governance cab be utilized in providing infrastructure, employment and empowerment of the local governments,” he said.
