Peoples Democratic Party Youths across the country are protesting at the party National Secretariat over the poor leadership of the National Chairman, Prince Uche Secondus as National Executive Council meetings were partially disrupted.

The Youths armed with different placards carrying various inscriptions like “Secondus must go”, “Secondus has failed”, “PDP needs a vibrant leader, not Secondus “, were chatting songs demanding the immediate sack of the National Chairman.

The protesters beat all security challenges and gained entrance to the main game into the Party Secretariat that partially pulled the attention of the NEC members and the meeting abruptly brought to end.

The PDP leaders who were unsettled with the youth’s protest quickly sent a delegation to dialog with the protesters who said the current leadership of the party can not take them to victory in 2023.

They however call for the immediate dissolution of Prince Uche Secondus led leadership and replace with a vibrant young person.
