Why I am not a fan of Davido – Kate Henshaw
Veteran Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw, has revealed that despite her admiration for afrobeat singer, Davido, she’s not a fan of his music.
She disclosed this in a recent interview.
“Davido, well, I’m not a fan. I like his music, but personally, I don’t know him. I’ve met him, he didn’t greet me, I’m sorry, I’m old enough.
“He didn’t greet and for me, I believe he should be respectful, what you have, we don’t have, it’s okay
“I love his music, but for me, personality matters and it draws people closer to you.
“He’s done a lot of good, I saw that time when people were giving him a birthday gift and he now donated it, that is so huge.
“He is unapologetically Nigerian, and he has flown the flag without fear or know outside of the shores.
“So forget this money attaching to me. This is my wealth. This is what I am bringing on the table,” she said.
However, she ended her statement with a piece of advice for the young star.
“But, Davido, greet your elders, Greet us,” she said
