Anchor University Ayobo has vowed to comply with Joint Admission Matriculation Board regulations in the conduct of its UTME admission this session.

The Vice chancellor Prof. Samuel Bandele in a chat with journalists informed that the school would comply with regulations of the admission board in the screening exercise starting from 26th August, 2024, which is strictly online scheduled for 10.am.

Prof. Bandele disclosed that the school would adhere strictly to the regulations to avoid any ambiguity that might later arise in the future which might jeopardise all the efforts of such students.

“Let me state that Anchor University has never   compromised the standard of admission as directed by the regulating body. And we shall uphold it this session too.

“I am already elated because of the response we are getting from candidates who are currently showing interest in Anchor as their first choice, but they must adhere to the admission regulations.

He reiterated that those who would like to change from their first choice of university to Anchor university should do it through Jamb as well.

“In a bid to give room for more students this session, we made 150 score at UTME as minimum for post UTME screening exercise for admission into the university.

“We encourage all candidates to uphold their O’level results into Jamb website as soon as possible saying non-compliance will hinder such candidates’ admission”, he warned.

He, however, advised interested candidates to visit the school website www.aul.edu.ng for more information
