The former amnesty boss died at the age of 70 on Wednesday, August 24th.

According to reports, the deceased died in an undisclosed hospital in Abuja after a brief illness.
Dokubo served as the chairman of the presidential amnesty programme in 2018 under the regime of President Muhammadu Buhari before he was suspended in 2020.
