Dangote, while paying his tribute to the late billionaire banker in a programme organised in his honour, said though the former Access Holdings CEO didn’t join the military he could be referred to as a soldier.
“I have decided to name our major refinery and petrochemical road- out of the 120 kilometres of them- the biggest road will now be named Herbert Wigwe Road,” Dangote said.
He described Wigwe as his mentee, brother, and friend.
