Akeredolu calls for collaboration amongst Security Agencies

Ondo State Deputy Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa representing Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has expressed the need for synergy and effective collaboration amongst Security Agencies for meaningful achievements.

The Deputy Governor made this submission on Monday in his opening remarks as Special Guest of Honour at a Retreat organized by Ondo State Command of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps for its officers.

The Retreat with the theme : Tactics and Safety Skills Enhancement as a Tool for Tackling Contemporary Security Challenges, was held at Nigeria Air force Base, Ipetu Ijesha, Osun State.

Aiyedatiwa said the Country for now, craves for cohesion and professionalism amongst Security Agencies for optimal performance.

He disclosed that, Ondo State Government’s robust partnership with Security Agencies in the State, has greatly improved the security challenges in the Sunshine State.

While commending the organizer for the thoughtfulness in putting together the Retreat, the Deputy Governor said, the retreat would enhanced the capacity of the officers.

Other personalities at the event are, Commandant, Nigerian Air force Institute of Safety, Air Commodore Frank Ankeli, Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Ondo State Command, Ahmed Abodunrin, Commander, 209 Quick Response Group, Squadron Leader, Ikenna Ezendu, representative of 32 Artillery Brigade Command, Akure, Major E.K Cleopas and others.
