Ambassador Hussaini Coommasie said he is glad that Mr. President is back home safely and soundly after weeks of series of official meetings/conferences in Saudi Arabia, UK, France & South Africa respectively, saying his visit will further cement the cordial relationships between Nigeria and the above-mentioned countries.
He commended the President for the visits stressing that there is no doubt that the essence will certainly yield benefits for Nigerians and the host’s countries.
He said such a visit is an avenue to discuss bilateral issues that will add value to the economic status of the citizens which Nigeria cannot be an exception.
Amb. Coommasie noted that August visits of this nature are not what can be quantified in whatever measures as they are full of unexpected gains. He maintained that Nigerians in those countries certainly will feel some sense of oneness and an opportunity to draw attention to basic issues that is of interest to them.

The UN envoy reiterated the need for Nigerians to continue to keep hope alive as President Buhari meant well for everyone. He said this visit will attract funds for development and more fundamentally, the establishment of institutions for the turnaround of the socio-economic fortunes of the nation.
“There is gainsaying the fact that Nigerians will gain more from the visit. More investments and investors will relocate to Nigeria. It was an opportunity for the President to share with host countries what his administration is doing to make life much better.
And I am convinced that he has done. And I want to say welcome back to the country. Nigeria is a great country. Let us continue to support him with prayer so that he can breakthrough in his policies and programs for the nation”, he noted.
