The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Anambra State Internal Revenue Service, (AiRS), Mr Richard Nwora Madiebo, has resigned his position.
Nadiebo disclosed his decision to quit the job to members of staff of the agency at Revenue House, Agu Awka on Thursday.
Findings revealed that Mr Madiebo had already informed the State Governor, Prof Chukwuma Soludo about his decision to quit the job.
“He did not state any reason for leaving the position.

“He was said to have hinted that he informed the governor when he was taking the job that he would only serve for a year,” the source said.
Speculations are rife that he may have resigned due to clash in responsibilities with Dr. Christian Madubuko, a former Commissioner under former Governor, Chief Willie Obiano, who was appointed an Executive Director of AIRS by Governor Soludo, some months ago
