Some angry youths yesterday looted palliative grains and other items at the Kara Market in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State.
It was learnt that the shops in Kara Market where the palliatives were kept, were attacked by some angry youth with looters making away with foodstuffs and other items.
It was gathered that the Armed policemen on guard duty at the market fired gunshots in the air and chased away the youth.
The state government had yet to react to the incident as of the time of filing this report at 9pm yesterday.
