Bayern Munich make history

Bayern Munich lifted their sixth Champions League trophy on Sunday with a narrow 1-0 win over Paris Saint Germain in Lisbon, Portugal.
It was a tight affair as both sides gave a thorough account of themselves and tested each other out. However, it was a single goal from Kingsley Coman, who had started the game as a replacement to Ivan Perisic that decided the outcome of the game. Coman’s goal was just enough to put an end to PSG’s dream of lifting their first Champion’s League trophy.
The final, which was PSG’s first Champion’s League final, was played behind closed doors in Lisbon, and with the win, Bayern Munich joins Liverpool as six-time champions. AC Milan and Real Madrid are the only ones who have won more, with 7 and 13 respectively.
With the win, Bayern Munich made history by winning eleven out of eleven games and also winning the treble – Bundesliga, Continental Crown and German Cup.
