Beyonce and Jay Z’s mansion caught fire

On the 21st of July 2021, there was a fire outbreak in a mansion belonging to Beyonce and JayZ.
The fire began in the kitchen of the apartment.
The police department attests that there was s suspicious movement of someone around the area around 6.20 pm of that faithful day shortly before the fire started and investigation is ongoing.
According to witnesses, police believed that someone smuggled into the apartment shortly before the incident happened.
Another discovery by the firefighters, books were found inside an oven and gas too.
It took two hours to quench the fire and also 22 firefighters were involved in the process of stopping the fire.
A neighbor also said someone was running on the property shortly before the fire outbreak
The next day after quenching the fire, Tobacco, Firearms, Alcohol, and Explosives were recovered on site.
It was a quick intervention that did not allow the fire to escalate more than that.
The property worth about $2.4 million and it’s has been owned by a management company, named Sugarcane Park LLC, since 2015.

Tina Knowles, Beyonce’s mother is the manager of the company.
It has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, and spans 15,200 square feet.
