President Muhammadu Buhari today presided over Federal Executive Council  just as he delivered statement on historic Petroleum Industry Act 2021 in State House.

Recall that last week Vice President Yemi Osinbajo presided over the Federal Executive Council meeting and approved the federal roads and bridges tolling policy and regulation that will provide legal framework for its implementation because the President was in London, UK, for a medical check-up after participating in the Global Education Summit on Financing Global Partnership for Education (GPE) 2021 to 2025.
