A High Court in Abuja has granted an interim order of injunction restraining the Peoples Democratic Party from suspending Dan Orbih as the National Vice Chairman (South-South).
Justice O.A. Adeniyi issued the order on Thursday following an ex-parte application filed by Orbih.
ThisNigeria reported that Orbih and seven other members were purportedly suspended for alleged anti-party activities after a vote of no confidence was passed on them by the Edo North Senatorial leadership of the party.
