The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Governor Adamu Fintiri the winner of the state Gubernatorial election.
The Chief Returning Officer, Muhammad Mele made the announcement in Yola on Tuesday.
Mele stated that Fintiri of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) scored a total of 430,861 wwhile Senator Aishatu Binani of the All Progressive Congress (APC) polled a total of 396,788 votes.
