The order to stop the All Progressive Congress National Convention from holding has been vacated by an High Court in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Friday
According to the judgment vacating the order by Justice Bello Kawu he said that a political party cannot be sued by its member.
The ruling party had scheduled the convention for March 26.
