The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum led by Senator Bala Mohammed, Governor of Bauchi state, is shopping for an exparte order to pave way for the party’s NEC meeting.
They have approached a Federal High Court in Gusau under Justice Salim Ibrahim for the “untidy job” of helping to facilitate the order.
Court documents sighted by this medium show that the request was made at 8.30am on 22nd October 2024 (today) and filed by one Imam Auwal seeking special order to ensure the NEC meeting holds to pave way for the PDP govs forum group to have their way in the ongoing feud for the soul of the party
The group wants to ignore Federal High Court Abuja order barring the party from removing its acting national chairman, Umar Damagum.
