The tortuous journey of the Electoral Amendment Bill may finally end tomorrow as the report of the Bill will be laid on the Floor of the House of Representatives today.

The Bill has become controversial when it was recently reported that there were other versions in circulation.

In the fake Bill which the Speaker of the House of representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila later discountenanced, it was reported that vital versions, like electronics transmission of results that was initially contained in the original draft was removed.

But according to a source close to the House of Representatives, the report of the Bill will be finally laid this morning during plenary.

The insider familiar with issues surrounding the Bill, told TN, that the Bill is voluminous and so bulky that it may be transmitted electronically to lawmakers.

This paper also learnt that the report will be considered tomorrow Thursday, and thereafter the Bill maybe read the third time and passed into law by the House.
