A  suicide bomber has blown himself up in the middle of a large crowd of Afghans who have been gathering at the gates trying to gain access to the airport.

Also, another attack was said to be shooting at the Afghans including women and children

The blast was outside the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul

Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby tweeted that there was an explosion outside of the airport. “We can confirm an explosion outside Kabul airport. Casualties are unclear at this time. We will provide additional details when we can,” he said
