An Abuja senior Lawyer, Dr. Kayode Ajulo has predicted electoral misfortunes of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, should the current national caretaker committee chairman and Yobe Governor Mai Mala Buni continues as chair of the party,

In a post titled “With Buni, APC is Technically Dead“, Dr. Ajulo who was also an ex-secretary of the labor party, explained that the dangers ahead of the party were daunting, with several top chieftains of the APC already seeking alternative platforms ahead of the 2023 general elections, if the party does do away with the Yobe governor

He cited the narrow escape of the Ondo governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, being sacked following the recent Supreme court Judgement and warned the party to begin to think of doing the needful to save her.

Ajulo said “The dangers ahead for the ruling party, APC are daunting. Of course, it is not a secret that many leaders of the Party are already consulting on Option B, that is if the Party refuses to dispense with Gov. Mala Buni of Yobe State”.

“With the recent experience of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, SAN of Ondo State who narrowly escaped being thrown out by the Apex court, he would be in a better position to advise the Party to quickly do the needful” the senior lawyer also warned
