Award-winning Afrobeats singer Damini ‘Burna Boy’ Ogulu, and socialite, Pascal Okechukwu, known as Cubana Chief Priest are presently at each other’s throats following a provocative post made by the singer.
This comes moments after Burnaboy shared a post throwing shade at a certain “Owerri Rick Ross” who many suggested is Cubana Chief Priest.
Burna Boy also threw indirect jibes at the socialite, referring to him as an ‘Azaman’, a word used to describe internet fraudsters in the local parlance.
“No forget say u be Azaman o and dem don gbe your plug wey him name na “Omo Igbo” for ATL and na u be next. #OwerriRickyrozay,” the singer wrote in Pidgin English on his Instagram Story.
In his response, Cubana Chief Priest alleged that the Grammy-winning singer was indebted to a London jeweller.
He also referred to Burna Boy’s relationship with American producer, P Diddy, who is currently in detention for alleged sex trafficking.
Cubana Chief Priest wrote, “Diddy oil the fastest way to PTSD you never see anything, you & your Bend down collect Grammy”.
The socialite is a close associate of singer Davido who is Burna Boy’s rival.
