“The Rivers State Government has made good its promise to give ten million to each of the performing artistes who participated at the Burna Boy homecoming state reception/concert in Port Harcourt last Saturday,” the Commissioner said in a statement on Wednesday.
She further said, “The accounts of the beneficiaries have been credited as directed by the Governor.”
Though the commissioner did not give the names of the other beneficiaries, Inetimi Timaya Odon alias Timaya and Duncan Wene Mighty Okechukwu alias Duncan Mighty were among the artistes that performed on the homecoming night.
